Our fee for 2010 is $450* for the first hour and $195 per hour afterward. There is a travel fee for every thirty-five mile increment if the event is outside Grand Rapids, Michigan.

For your wedding ceremony we will provide the following:

Prelude:
Arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to setup and begin performing selections as your guests and family members are seated

Processional:
Special music selections for the wedding party and the bride

Recessional:
Music of your choice as the new couple is introduced

Postlude:
Closing music performed as all the guests are dismissed

We are available to provide music for the seating of the parents and grand parents, unity candle and other times during the ceremony if you desire.

There will be an added fee if you request the quartet to perform at the rehearsal, which usually is not necessary.

We request that you provide the time, place and date of the event as soon as they become available.

If you would like to hire the Grand String Quartet for your event a contract will be written and a $150 non-refundable deposit required to reserve the date and time.

What we will need:

Four (4) straight backed chairs without arms should be provided for the quartet and, if available, four (4) music stands.
